developed an Investigation Case Management Application Software
Requirements and Design Document for Los Angeles Unified School
District (LAUSD) office of Inspector General (OIG).
The Investigation Case Management Application Software intends
to computerize the tracking of all the cases under investigation.
This system is intended to maximize performance by providing:
1. Tools that expedite
the day-to-day operations of case management
2. Tools to provide statistical and analytical information (including
reports) to assist management with resource planning, work distribution,
general and management level communications
