Compublue was engaged by the City of Glendale, to assist in determining the technology budget, and areas of expenditure for the next three fiscal years (2001, 2002 and 2003). This effort included working with all 16 departments within the City of Glendale, covering the following areas:

1. Audit and evaluation of IT Strategy issues, and associated hardware, software    and human resources
2. Audit and evaluation of LAN and WAN environments, and associated hardware,    software and human resources
3. Audit and evaluation of OTS applications, and associated hardware, software and    human resources
4. Audit and evaluation of in-house applications, and associated hardware, software    and human resources
5. Audit and evaluation of Web based applications, and associated hardware,    software and human resources
6. Audit and evaluation of Client-Server applications, and associated hardware,    software and human resources
7. Audit and evaluation of database applications, and associated hardware, software    and human resources
8. Audit and evaluation of Server architecture, and associated hardware, software    and human resources
9. Combined findings with statistical Public Sector data for further refining of     information
10. Generation of full final report
11. Knowledge transfer to the City of Glendale Information Services executive      management
