CBI consultants are experienced in product selection methodologies, and can put their know-how to work for you. The process at a high level is comprised of:

• Identification and/or analysis of client requirements, combined with the assignment of weighing factors, to give the right relative importance to each requirement

• Evaluation of leading solutions against client requirements, by applying objective and numerically verifiable scores to each solution, based on how well they meet the stated requirement

• Objective tabulation of the results, for the selection of the desired solution
